Aeries Online Enrollment allows you to quickly start the process of enrolling a student in school. Information about the student such as emergency contacts, medical records, and language information will be collected. Upon completion, information about the student will be sent to the school.
To start the enrollment of a student, press the button 'Enroll a new student'.
If you would like to review or reprint previously enrolled students, press the Login button.
Note: Incomplete enrollments may be periodically deleted from the system after 60 days of inactivity. Please be sure you complete all sections AND then go to the school with your backup documentation before that period ends. Expect campuses to be closed during the month of July. Final enrollment cannot be completed at the district office - you must come to each student's school campus to finalize enrollment.
If you are already have a GUSD Aeries Parent Portal Account, please be aware that this online enrollment system is separate and you will need to create a separate account within Aeries Online Enrollment. Your current Aeries Parent Portal Account will not work.
